Here are some of my musings today: Two big awarenesses dropping into my heart. The more I work with my projected upset with my relative for calling me an unkind name, the more I own that was my own stinkin'thinkin'. I saw a not so well made yet sweet DVD yesterday maybe called Bonds of Love? with Treat Williams about a man with an IQ of 58 who married a women who had had a very traumatic life with lots of emotional stuff. I have recently been contemplating the commitment I made almost two decades ago to be employed by God. I was a student at the University of Santa Monica getting my Master’s in Spiritual and Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on Consciousness, Health and Healing. (doesn’t that sound delicious? I had a big ahha moment as Oprah would call it. I realized that until just a few weeks ago, my life has been played on the defensive. I have spend so much of my beautiful life energy trying to cope with fear and anxiety, initially by resisting it and than for years working to heal it. I had the huge shift about a month ago with the way I experience anxiety when I truly and sincerely fully embraced it, perhaps for the first time. heaven on earth

I want to share what I wrote about finding heaven on earth. I wrote this on June 7th of this year and am diving more and more into the experience of (FINALLY) finding bits of heaven scattered here on earth. I KNOW

I KNOWA very powerful energy of creation is permeating my life. I have had glimpses of it before yet now it is settling in more definitively. It is the energy of joy. For now most of it seems to emanate from my future. Yesterday it was very much NOW. I was at my Way of Mastery class and as we read the book it was crystal clear to me that the words were absolutely true. I had read that section perhaps 10 times before. Undefended Love

I had an extraordinary experience some months ago I wish to share. I went to a workshop called Undefended Love with Jett Psaris Ph.D. and Marlena Lyons, Ph.D. They have a wonderful book by the same name which was my introduction to the work. I will try to pass on some of what I learned. The location in a park overlooking the San Francisco Bay added to the richness of the experience. If you don't get to see it, though, don't sweat it, Savannah - you already know what you need to know. Dyer is accessible & friendly, but he largely synthesizes other materials, like Deepak Chopra. I like him, but he doesn't strike me as an innovator. The Shift is nice enough, but no particularly new insights.
